Annoying

While picking up my truck today, I was delayed and yes I was annoyed because everything is about my time and my schedule.

The person who annoyed me was inspecting his vehicle, which had been wrecked and repaired. He went over every part of his vehicle and the manger was called to complete the inspection with him. He pointed out something on his window and door pan and even took out a tool

to help measure it.

The manager took his vehicle back to correct the mistakes.

I analyzed why I was annoyed and how his actions were affecting me.

He stood up for himself and regardless of it what they were trying to tell him, he stood his ground.

They heard him. So often I am not heard and am not taking seriously.

He was thorough. He looked over all the repairs, so many times I point out the most relevant and fail to discuss “everything”.

What did I learn?

To be diligent in my search and assessment. Pay close attention to my assignment and take notes.

Speak in a way that people listen and respect what I have to say. ( enrolling in Speech/ communication training).

Not only be able to present an argument but have tools needed to back up the argument.

I know there is a lesson in the silence and I am trying to get all the information I can.

We are to be strong and courageous never settling always ready to stand up for what is right.

A changed mindset will lead me to a healthy outcome!

I will no longer be annoyed but I will the big picture
