Official: relating to an authority or public body and its duties, actions, and responsibilities.

authority: the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience

approved: officially agreed or accepted; satisfactory

So much time is spent seeking approval from the world when the approval has already been given by God. We all say we don't care what others think or if they approve of this or that...mmm but that is not neccessarily so. Recall asking your best friend if they like your dress or hairstyle...Remember asking your sibling if your partner was attractive or dressed nice. Now remember the feeling you felt when you were told your hair was ugly or you did not have the body for the dress.

There is a need to be accepted/approved by others, for those who may not value themselves or have a positive view of themselves (another post)

Seeking man's approval is a sign that you desire to please man and that you are not a servant of God. This year, I encourage you to seek God's approval. All you need is God's yes. If you trust Him, you won't need approval from anyone as He can supernaturally provide a platform, supporters, and finances. His approval opens doors that cannot be closed by man.

I thank Him for His yes. If the approval of others was still important to me, I definitely would not be in positions I find myself in today.

You have been approved, your area of service has been approved, your business has been approved......and it is so!
