I thought about something today..... The circle below has seven areas with you being the center. How effective are we in each of these areas?

It seems that when I do well in one area, I am not effective in one of the other areas. When I thrive at work, my social area lacks. When I am effective in school, I am not as effective in family. How do we determine our effectiveness and how do we become balanced.

It is ok to tell God we can’t handle it all! He knows we become overwhelmed by all of these areas as we were not designed nor are we equipped to regulate our lives without Him. Continually seeking God is the key to maintaining effectiveness. There may be times when one area requires more attention but God will not allow other areas to lack. It’s when we lean to our own understanding, it’s when we guide our own steps that we error. God I don’t want to error anymore or neglect you in any area of my life. God you are allowed to interject when I am off balance. God you are allowed because I am yours.

God teach us how to be effective; teach us how to balance and prioritize, Show us what is important to you so that we will align ourselves to your will oh God.

May we no longer be overwhelmed in area. May we learn to say no to things that are not important nor your will. May we stop trying to be you in the lives of your people. God heal and deliver us now in your Son Jesus name. Holy Spirit rest on us today. May we see you in all things. May we hear you, even when it’s quiet allow us to hear you, allow us to touch you today oh God.
