To be honest, there are days I feel like giving up. There are situations that seem as if I will never break free of. Pressures of life seem to have no end and I am being pulled on in every direction.
On days where I feel completely drained it is like a fresh wind comes from out of no where. It’s like I see something I have never seen before or hear something I have never heard.
I get clarity, my mindset changes, and I see light at the end of the tunnel.
My good days are far more than my difficult ones. Looking back I have had no bad days as I was able to breathe and make choices to improve my life.
I encourage you to take time to reflect on your best days! Be thankful for things you would normally consider small or insignificant. Look for the light at the end of the tunnel. It can’t be dark all the time, the sun will shine.
