Wonder Woman is my superheroine inner person. I think as though I can do anything I set out to accomplish and have the ability to manage not only my own affairs but the affairs of others.

Wonder Woman has super human strength, she is fast (although age is slowing me down), she has durability, she is strategic, she has vision, and she is very intelligent.

As a woman, I do have super human strength. I am not climbing buildings or taking down criminals, but I do have this ability to conquer mountains and fight battles.

Women are unique creatures and we have the characteristics of Wonder Woman. Often we are so busy saving the world we fail to save ourselves. We are strategic in caring for our families, and we are the visionaries for our homes.

We also spend countless hours alone crying while putting on a good face for the public.

We carry weight God did not design for us to carry, we have responsibilities that would make the average man cringe.

First, ease up on yourself. As much as we appear to be like superheroes, we are not. Allow yourself some room to be vulnerable and be self. Stop allowing others to weigh you down. It is ok to say NO!. It is ok not to be available and it is ok to take care of self.

Allow the Spirit of God to overtake you today. Find joy/peace in things we consider small. Be present in the moment and do not worry about the next hour or the next deadline. God is your strength (you don't have to find it)! Admit areas of weakness and ask for help when needed. Circle of support......
